Barely Alive - Wompum (KingCamdenTheGreat Remix) ok this is a really good remix, but there are some places on it that could use some work. the snare could be changed out with a layered clap + kick to add to the feel of the track and give the basses some room in the mix. the glittery screech that plays at 1:17 and again at 1:30 could've been put in the background while the main bass played over it (or the drum pattern could've switched up there). the first drop itself feels bland and stagnant, it needs to evolve and build more. I do like that breakdown, gives a good break from the heavy while still maintaining the dark feel of the track. I like how the tension is built throughout the breakdown. could've changed that buildup a bit. the fakeout was great, like the way it keeps building tension. in the second drop, there could've been more of a switch. it's the same as the second drop and feels like a screeching halt to the the movement u had in the breakdown. the same thing I said about the first drop can be applied to the second one but a bit more heavily. overall, the pacing wasn't bad, the structure could use some work, the sound design was pretty good (I heard some Cymatics one-shots but I'll let that slide), a solid track.
